C: Mogano.
N: Classici sentori dello sherry: aromi fruttati, composti da more e confettura di ciliegie; tipico odore di legno datato a cui si aggiunge la morbida fragranza del biscotto walkers.
P: Trama vellutata nella quale si intrecciano note di zenzero e cannella con note più fruttate, quali visciole e scorza di limone; di sottofondo una leggera nota di fumo: un misto di cenere e tabacco.
F: Ancora ciliegie lasciano una breve sensazione acidula sul retrofaringe.
Whisky nel complesso pieno e avvolgente ma allo stesso tempo equilibrato poichè amalgama egregiamente i diversi tipi di sentori peculiari dello sherry: le note lignee , la frutta e le spezie. Risulta deludente solo nel finale piuttosto breve.

N: Classic sherry aromas: fruits smell declined in blackberries and cherry marmalade. Then we have noticed the typical smell of aged wood with adding of smoth aroma of Walkers biscuit.
P: Velvety body in which are linked ginger and cinnamon notes, having said that we perceive fruits tastes such a sour cherries and lime peel. There is a hint of smoke like a background, we could say a mix of ash and tobacco.
F: The aftertaste is quite short, cherries and sherry with a bit of wood.
An enveloping dram, with a medium complexity. At the same time it is well-balanced because it blends different type of sherry aspects: wood notes, fruits and spices. We are a bit disappointed for the short aftertaste, but not too much after all.
