C: Ambra intensa.
N: Inizialmente si viene invasi da un caratteristico e fenolico odore di smalto, che con l’ossigenazione stempera in un aroma di tabacco da pipa. Poi, sentori decisamente più gradevoli di frutti rossi (lampone), ginepro e liquirizia.
P: Bocca invasa da pungente e viva nota speziata come la paprika, seguita da un gusto asprigno di frutti di bosco e ciliegia, con l’aggiunta di mandorle.
F: Piuttosto breve ma indubbiamente dolce, contornato dalla sensazione acre di camino spento.
Gradevole e ben bilanciato, non presenta una vasta gamma di sentori ma evolve dal naso al palato: in un primo momento risulta agrodolce al naso, per sprigionare successivamente nel palato tutta la sua dolcezza.

C: Dark amber.
N: Starting with phenolic aroma and the strength of alcohol. Then waiting few minutes we are able to perceive pipe tobacco and red fruits such a raspberry and juniper. Lastly we have noticed: sherry and licorice.
P: Mouth is lighted up by spice notes like paprika. On top of that, there is a bitter touch of cherry and raspberry. Lastly almond and dried fruit in general.
F: The Afertaste is rather short, although it is sweet. In conclusion the mouth seems surrounded by a sensation of fire off.
It is pleasant and well-balanced. We didn’t find many characteristics to pinpoint, in spite of this it evolves between nose and palate. Initially it gives bitter notes then it releases his sweet side.
