N: Percepiamo due diversi tipi di profumi, prima un po’ di floreale come la camomilla poi diviene un più presente, odore di pianta, medicinale, erica e aceto, in ultimo non abbiamo gradito l’amaro sentore di chinotto.
P: C’è un sapore tipico di salmone affumicato, anche se il tabacco da pipa è più sgradevole rispetto agli altri tabacchi che eravamo abituati a percepire, infine scorza d’arancia e scorza di limone.
F: Breve, un fastidioso ricordo di sapone, caffè e cibo stantio.
Un dram tutt’altro che memorabile, a tratti fastidioso nei lati amarognoli, senza equilibrio.

N: We perceive two different kind of scents, first a bit of floreal as chamomile then a more present smell of medicinal plant, heather and vinegar, despite at the end we grossed up the bitter of chinotto.
P: There’s the typical flavour of smoked salmon although the pipe tobacco is more awkward, than the other tobacco that we used to feel, orange zest and lemon peel.
F: There’s a bothersome memory of soap, coffee and stale food.
There isn’t balance, a dram where the bitter covering all the taste experience, we’re able to pinpoint the young age of the distillate.

C: Oro pallido.
N: Abbiamo registrato un delizioso profumo di frutti di mare, poi la sabbia bagnata, il sale secco, chinotto amaro, quindi il succo di limone. È lo stesso whisky? Sicuro?
P: Anche se il gusto vegetale è ingombrante dobbiamo dire che ci sono altri sapori, come la salsedine e come la brezza di mare. Gli ultimi sentori sono il timo e il succo di limone.
F: Piuttosto breve, ricordi di cartone bagnato, salsedine e chinotto.
E’ bevibile, forse troppo, abbiamo apprezzato la salsedine e l’emersione dell’alcol.
Vorremmo chiedere di verificare se il whisky invecchiato in botti diverse sia in realtà lo stesso, abbiamo apprezzato di più la botte 800036 rispetto alla 800.019.
Abbiamo le prove di come la botte faccia la differenza.

P: Although the vegetal tastes are cumbersome, we have to say that there are other tastes as the saltiness and such as the sea breeze. the latest senses are the thyme and the lemon juice.
F: Pretty short, remembering of dunked cardboard, saltiness and chinotto.
It’s drinkable, maybe too much, we’ve liked the saltiness and the alchol surfacing.
We would call for verify if the whisky aged in different casks are really the same, we’ve liked more the cask 800086 than the 800019, and finally we’ve got the evidence how the cask could do the difference.
