Le ultime sensazioni registrate sono il classico odore dell’Argentil e una punta di alcol.
P: Di nuovo difficile non prendersi più tempo del solito per decifrare i seguenti sapori di saraghina in graticola, torba marina, salmastro e cenere; coerente con il reparto olfattivo si rientra nell’entroterra e si percepiscono note vegetali di erba e di fieno.
F: Mediamente persistente, i ricordi che rimangono sono la saraghina cotta in graticola, sentori marini, torba ed erba.
Di questi tempi, è più frequente che una distilleria (compass box) voglia indicare non solo l’età minima di invecchiamento di un proprio prodotto (il blend Flaming Heart) ma anche altri ingredienti, vedendosi negare da un’autorità(SWA), la possibilità di informare troppo accuratamente i propri clienti, oppure, riuscire a reperire un Macallan invecchiato 21 anni in botti ex Bourbon senza dover accendere un mutuo?
Nel dubbio vi diciamo che l’esperienza sensoriale è stata ricca ed appagante.

N: Particular smells turns around into a structured woof which is difficult to interpret, in a first time a note of coast breeze and ash, and following a summery smells of a shire, hay and hawthorn. P: Taking more time to understand the flavors of seaside peat, brackish and ash; coerent with the smells it gets back into the hinterland and we perceive vegetable notes of grass and hay.
F: Of an average percistence, memories of seaside notes, peat and grass.
During these times, is it more frequent that a distillery (compass box) wants to indicate the minimal ageness of an own product ( the blend flaming heart) but even other ingredients and receiving the negative result from the authority (SWA) with no possibilities to give an accurate information to its clients, or ,being successful to get an aged 21 years old ex Bourbon barrels Macallan without asking for a mutual?
Around this doubt, we could say that the experience has been rich and rewarding.
